Fuchi Kashira

Fuchi and Kashira are the end caps of the handle (tsuka).  Often matching or of a similar theme.  However, sometimes the kashira (at end of the Tsuka) can be a plain design made from horn.  Signatures are often on the fuchi (end that goes toward tsuba or saya).
